A native New Yorker, Hank’s professional career in fund development spans over 30 years. As a teacher, university administrator, and fund development professional he served at every program level in fund development.
His expertise includes: annual funds, planned giving programs and capital campaigns. He also established public relations and marketing strategies in support of fund raising programs.
He served as Executive Director of the WWTC Foundation for Western Wisconsin Technical College in La Crosse, (WI), as Vice President and Chief Administrator of Advancement programs at Saint Mary’s University (MN), the Bermuda Biological Station for Research (BD), Manhattan College (NY) and Scared Heart University (CT). He supervised, mentored, and directed professional staff in designing plans of operation, establishing budgeting guidelines and “best practice” procedures.
During his career Hank has provided counsel to over eighty national not-for-profit institutions. He established start-up development programs, designed marketing initiatives, trained and counseled staff, recruited Board members and other volunteers.
Retired university administrator. Former athlete with Cincinnati Reds and Minnesota Twins organizations.
